GSA Parking Lease Solicitation – Newark, New Jersey
This is a General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service lease solicitation for parking space in Newark, New Jersey. The Government seeks to lease 97 total parking spaces, all surface-level, within a delineated area bounded by Green Street (north), McCarter Highway (east), Chestnut Street (south), and Mayor Kenneth A Gibson Boulevard/Broad Street (west). The lease term is 10 years total, structured as a 5-year firm term with a 5-year option term. Eight spaces must be reserved, and 12 spaces require reserved signage.
