About this file

This document is a Washington State Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Section 15.58.180 governing pesticide dealer licensing requirements. The statute outlines comprehensive regulations for obtaining and maintaining a pesticide dealer license, including key provisions such as:

Licensing mandates require an annual $88 license for each location distributing pesticides, which expires on the business license expiration date. Applicants must submit detailed information through the business licensing system, including the full names of company members, principal business addresses, and designate a pesticide dealer manager with a qualification license. The law provides specific exemptions for licensed pesticide applicators who sell pesticides as part of their application service, government agencies providing pesticides for their own programs, and users redistributing pesticides to prevent them from becoming hazardous waste.
