About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Superior Court of California, Imperial, regarding document storage services. The RFP seeks rental of approximately 5,000 square feet of storage space, preferably located close to the Historic Courthouse in El Centro, California. The storage space must be secured on all four sides, with one keyed entrance, and able to protect the stored items from the outside environment. Access to the storage space must be available 24/7. The RFP has a timeline with key dates, including the proposal due date of November 14, 2024 and an estimated contract term of December 15, 2024 to December 14, 2026, with three optional one-year extensions.
The RFP outlines the required proposal contents, which include technical specifications of the proposed service, copies of the proposer's business license or other credentials, and a cost proposal. Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale based on compliance with the RFP requirements, acceptance of the court's standard terms and conditions, DVBE status, site visit, and cost. The court will award the contract to the highest-scored proposal. The RFP also includes information about the court's protest procedures and the public disclosure of proposal contents.
