About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice from the Illinois Chief Procurement Office General Services regarding the extension of the Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) PSD4018035 for Maintenance, Repair and Operations Product Catalog. The contract, held by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS), is being extended for two months from May 30, 2021 to July 31, 2021. This extension is needed to complete the solicitation process for a new contract, allowing agencies, governmental units, and not-for-profits to continue leveraging the state's buying power during the transition. The original contract had a Notice of Award amount of $100,000,000, with $66,358,000 in spend since inception. This extension incurs no additional cost, only extending the term.
The extended JPMC provides a catalog for maintenance, repair, and operations services to the participating entities. This is not a competitive solicitation opportunity, but rather a notice of the time-only contract extension to avoid a lapse in coverage while a new solicitation is completed.

Change orders are defined by Section 1-15.12 of the Procurement Code and Section 1.2067 of the CPO-GS' Administrative Rules.
