About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice for a Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) 19-416CMS-BOSS4-P-2479 for Zone 2 Frozen Fruits & Veg between the Illinois Chief Procurement Office and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS). The contract, which provides frozen fruits, vegetables, coffee, tea, sugar, syrup and crystal fruit products to various Illinois state agencies, is being extended for three months from 09/28/2020 to 12/28/2020. This extension is needed to complete the solicitation process for a new contract. The original contract was established with an initial term of one year from 06/29/2018 to 06/28/2019 and was renewed for one additional year from 06/29/2019 to 06/28/2020. This will be the second extension of the contract.

The total spent on the contract since its inception is $634,447.44 out of the original Notice of Award amount of $1,024,598.88. The extension will not result in any additional cost, as it is a time only extension to allow CMS to complete the solicitation process for a new contract.
