About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice from the State of Illinois' Chief Procurement Office for General Services related to Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) 19-416CMS-BOSS4-P-2469 for Zone 4 Convenience Foods. The contract provides convenience food products to various Illinois state agencies such as the Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Services, and Department of Veterans Affairs. The contract was initially for one year from June 2018 to June 2019, was renewed for one year, and is now being extended for an additional three months from September 2020 to December 2020 to allow completion of the solicitation process. This extension will allow using agencies to continue leveraging the state's buying power rather than making individual purchases at higher cost.
The initial contract value was $1,429,340.75, with $906,333.56 spent to date. The extension will not incur any additional cost, only extending the contract term. No other details regarding pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information are provided.
