About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice for the extension of Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) 19-416CMS-BOSS4-P-2462 for Zone 2 Convenience Foods, which provides convenience food products to various Illinois state agencies such as the Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Services, and Department of Veterans Affairs. The current contract, which was initially established in June 2018 with a one-year term and subsequently renewed and extended, is being extended for an additional three months from September 28, 2020 to December 28, 2020 to allow for the completion of the solicitation process. This extension will enable the using agencies to continue leveraging the state's buying power versus making individual small purchases at a higher cost. The initial contract award amount was $1,671,271.75, and the total spend since inception is $934,190.40. This extension is at no additional cost, as it involves time only.
