About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice from the Illinois Chief Procurement Office General Services regarding the extension of Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) PSD4018470, which provides paint supplies to using agencies, governmental units, and/or not-for-profits in the state of Illinois. The contract, initially established for a three-year term from 11/15/2017 to 11/14/2020, is being extended for an additional three months from 11/14/2020 to 02/14/2021 to allow the state to complete the solicitation process for a new contract. The estimated spend since the inception of the contract is $838,426.25, and the cost of this extension is $69,868.85.
The extension will enable users of the JPMC to continue to leverage the state's buying power for paint supplies, instead of making individual small purchases at a higher cost. The contract is available to all using agencies, governmental units, and/or not-for-profits as defined in the contract, and no set-asides or other special terms are mentioned.
