About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice for a contract extension for the Casual Footwear 18-416CMS-BOSS4-P-3267 Master Contract between the Department of Central Management Services (CMS) and Victory Supply, LLC. CMS is extending the contract from September 18, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to avoid a lapse in coverage while a new solicitation is completed. The original two-year contract will expire on September 18, 2020. The 90-day extension is being requested due to the COVID-19 emergency.
The contract extension allows governmental units such as state agencies and not-for-profits authorized to obtain casual footwear from an authorized dealer to continue purchasing under the existing contract terms. This is not a competitive solicitation opportunity, but rather an extension of the existing contract with Victory Supply, LLC to ensure continuous coverage of casual footwear needs.
