About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for a state and local contract opportunity to install MIMOMAX microwave antennas and associated equipment at two tower sites - the Clay City IL tower and the Mason tower. The project involves removing an existing 8-foot 2GHz microwave dish at the Clay City site and installing a MIMOMAX ANT-896-960-016-PD00 16dBi flat panel antenna on each of the Clay City and Mason towers. The successful contractor must have a minimum of two years of documented experience installing the MIMOMAX microwave product and provide proof of required safety training and certifications. ISP Radio Network Services Bureau (RNSB) will provide the MIMOMAX antennas, assist with path alignment, and install/power up the microwave radios once the antenna work is complete. The contractor will be responsible for providing the feed line, connectors, jumpers, lightning protection, cable hangers, and brackets, as well as performing the path alignment.
The Scope of Work outlines specific details about the two tower site locations, including coordinates, tower heights, and tower types. It also specifies that this will be a turnkey job and that ISP RNSB will determine if the contractor meets the necessary requirements and if the work is acceptable through on-site inspections. The insurance requirements are limited to worker's compensation and general liability coverage.
