About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office for General Services for the state of Illinois. The notice provides details on changes to an existing contract, R-192813/B-39840, a multi-year service agreement for 3500 CE and 7500qPCR equipment. The changes include adding 7500 equipment purchased for the Springfield Lab and Training/Applications Lab to the contract in order to maintain compliance and certifications, as well as reflecting equipment moves from Morton Lab to Springfield Lab. The contract amendment that added Decatur to the contract did not include equipment numbers, so the totals for all labs are specified. The change order also includes a contract amendment to P-18645 using R-192813 for $27,126.04 per year, totaling $81,378.12 over 3 years.
