About this file
This document is a Quick Quote Requirements for Services file issued by Sarasota County Fire Department for screen-printing services for firefighter and emergency personnel uniforms. The project involves screen-printing multiple quantities of short-sleeve and long-sleeve T-shirts for different personnel ranks, including 795 Firefighter/EMT short-sleeve shirts, 510 Firefighter/Paramedic short-sleeve shirts, 357 Lieutenant short-sleeve shirts, and 58 Captain short-sleeve shirts, with corresponding long-sleeve quantities. The project requires delivery of completed garments to the Fire Department Logistics Warehouse in Sarasota, FL within 60 calendar days from receipt of items, with vendors located in Manatee and Sarasota Counties given preference.
The solicitation specifies that T-shirts will be provided by the Department, and vendors are responsible only for screen-printing and delivery. Pricing must be firm and include all associated costs, with itemized quotes required detailing unit prices, setup fees, transportation fees, delivery timelines, and reprint policies. Vendors must provide three references demonstrating similar service experience and possess a valid business license. The project includes error correction requirements, mandating vendors rectify any screen-printing errors at no additional cost, including reprinting affected garments or replacing T-shirts if errors cannot be remedied. A tax exemption is in place, and the County reserves the right to request clarifications or additional information from bidders.
