Questions for CESU 18-04 NTTR Big Horned Sheep Survey

* Will we be required to collect collars? There is no mention of the collar release in June. Does this event count within the scope of this particular SOW? There are a few caveats here: Even though most of the collars will be near water sources, however the Pintwater range is very rugged with few roads, so we'll need a helicopter for some locations. Also, to my knowledge there is only one telemetry receiver programmed for these collars, which means it could possibly take multiple trips to collect all of the collars in June/July.

The NFE would not be required to collect collars as part of this SOW

* There is yet another collar that has been removed from the group, a ram was harvested in December. His should not have to be included in the cost estimate, correct? That would bring the number of maintained collars to 20. Is this correct?

With the harvesting of one collared sheep that would drop the total to 20.
