IFB FOR LANDSCAPING EASTON MVA BRANCH
Solicitation No.: VEAS23007-M
AUGUST 15, 2022
QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES No.: 1
Question 1: What if you get a single or only one (1) bid?
Response: After the bid due date closes and we receive a single or only one (1) bid, the Maryland
Department of Transportation (MDOT MVA) will consider if the bid is ‘most advantageous’ for the State before deciding. If upon deciding the single or only bid is NOT the ‘most advantageous’, MDOT MVA would allow the bid to close and resolicit as a new solicitation.
