About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers for RFQ# 25-488-41 issued by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) regarding the Moss-American Co., Inc. Superfund Site remedial design and bid specifications project in Milwaukee, WI. The Q&A document clarifies two key points: first, that respondents are not required to provide a detailed project approach at this RFQ stage, though they must provide qualifications related to the specific project as outlined in Section 5.2; second, that a more detailed scope of work will be provided in the future Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.

The document specifies that DNR will not seek assistance in developing the RFP, and that while a detailed project approach is not required at this stage, it may be requested during the subsequent RFP phase. The Q&A format provides clear, direct responses to procedural questions about the procurement process and helps potential respondents understand the current phase's requirements versus future phase expectations.
