Pittsburgh:
· See question 5 and 6.
· The station desires 2 technicians, supervisor and management team.
· Customers and EMS interact closely with the pest team
· Customer interaction is desired by customers.
· UD and HJH have most activity
· Highland Drive is closed. Exterior treatment quarterly
· Meade and Hochberg monthly service
· The work can be achieved in 4 hour time frame 2 days per week. This could be reduced to one day per week, but the customers demand and have gotten accustomed to two day per week.
· Station grew accustom to two technicians. Familiar with each pest control person.
· Tuesday and Friday.
· Also the station desires response to the calls even during non-routine days.
