Questions and Answers Part 1
1. If the wipes are equilavent to 75ct per container, 6 containers per case, kill 99.9% viruses but are not Clorox or Lysol Brands, will you be okay with that?
A. Yes, they must be equivalent to the specs provided in order to be considered ok.
1. In BidBuy e-procurment site under item description, it mentions that partial or full delivery is required by 7/15/2026, but in the 27DM Disinfecting Wipes RFQ docx- Word Document, it mentions that partial order of 350 cases must be delivered by 7/5/2026 and the remaining 350 cases can be sent at a later date-
0. Can we deliver all 700 cases at one time?
A. Yes, these can be delivered either all at once, or the first 350 cases MUST be delivered by 07/15/2026 and any following orders must be delivered within a 2-4 week timeframe.
0. With the delivery date of 7/15/2026 would it be okay if we deliver it one week before the posted delivery date?
A. We can always take deliveries before the posted delivery date. However, we have to be able to receive the item NO LATER than 07/15/2026.
1. If you need the items sooner will we be notified to make changes on the delivery date?
A. Yes, if for any reason we need a quicker delivery, we will communicate that with the vendor directly.
1. Does the drop off location have a loading dock if not, will you need assistance in getting the pallet of the truck?
A. Yes, our location does have a dock in order for all deliveries to be made accordingly.
1. In regard to the quantity per container, would the state be willing to have a larger quantity per container? The description says no less than 75 per container and we were wondering if 700 wipes per container would be to many and instead of 700 cases of 6 it would lower the number needed to 450 containers.
A. The smaller amounts (minimum of 75) would be better suited due to up disbursing them to multiple facilities and multiple areas that may not have the same foot traffic as others.
1. Is there an approval needed for a subcontractor is the bid is under $100k?
A. No, we are not in need of any approval or information of a subcontractor unless the bid is above $50,000.
