This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to Invitation for Bid B-16837-DHS Medical Grade Gloves issued by the State of Illinois. The procurement is for 30,000,000 medical grade gloves or 15,000,000 pairs, with a required delivery date of September 22, 2020. The solicitation is subject to a small business set-aside program, and award will be made on an all-or-none basis with no individual line items.
