About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers addendum to Request for Quote (RFQ) DOR-010-24, RFQ # S-15000-00010260, issued for NVR Camera Upgrades. The procurement involves maintenance services for network video recording (NVR) cameras and servers located at multiple field office locations. The maintenance scope addresses equipment failures requiring replacement when issues exceed the capability of in-house staff to resolve. The document provides clarification on the intent of the maintenance plan through a single question-and-answer exchange, establishing that the services are reactive maintenance focused on repair and replacement of non-functional equipment across all field office sites.
The Questions and Answers document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, response deadlines, or other financial parameters. This addendum serves solely to clarify the scope and nature of the maintenance services required under the RFQ, with no additional salient information regarding funding sources, incumbent contractors, or renewal options provided in this excerpt.

DOR-010-24
RFQ # S-15000-00010260
NVR - Camera Upgrades
Questions and Answers
1. Could you provide a description of the intent of the maintenance plan, and a list of cameras and servers by site that you need maintained?
Answer: The maintenance would be if there are any issues with any of the cameras or NVRs at any of our field office locations. Basically, if any of them stop working beyond what we could reasonably fix ourselves and they need to be replaced.
