About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers supplement to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Request for Information (RFI) # 70FA4026I00000004, issued February 25, 2026.
The Q&A addresses two inquiries from potential respondents. The first question clarifies that while the RFI specifies a 25-page limitation for addressing all applicable topic area statements and questions, FEMA does not view this as a hard requirement and will accept additional details if deemed helpful. The second question confirms that this RFI represents a new requirement with no prior incumbent contract or similar services performed historically, and therefore incumbent vendor information is not available.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Request for Information (RFI) # 70FA4026I00000004
February 25, 2026
Questions & Answers:
1. Is it the case the expectation is that all 10 Topic area statements/questions, if applicable, of the above subject line RFI are addressed within the 25-page limitation outlined in the RFI?
Yes, as applicable. We don’t view the 25 pages as a hard requirement and would be happy to review additional details if helpful.
2. I am hoping to confirm if this is a new requirement or if similar services have been performed in the past. If a follow-on, may I have the incumbent contract and vendor information?
This is a new requirement.
