About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for Solicitation Number 191N6525Q00119, focused on a film production project by the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi targeting illegal immigration awareness. The project requires producing three fictional short films about the risks and consequences of illegal immigration, aimed at parents and grandparents of youth in Northern India. Key production requirements include creating content for social media platforms, specifically ShareChat and Moj, with a mix of micro- and macro-influencers delivering campaign messages in Punjabi and Hindi.
The project involves creating a main teaser highlighting all three films, followed by individual film teasers, to be released in January 2026. Vendors must propose a comprehensive budget inclusive of production, marketing, and social media expenses. The Embassy will provide scripts only to bidders who attend pre-quotation conferences on August 6 and 13, 2025, at the American Embassy in New Delhi. Filming locations are vendor-determined, cinematic quality is expected, and the content must align with U.S. Government policies. Deliverables include three films, one main teaser, three short teasers, and associated promotional materials, with the Embassy managing account posting and moderation.
