About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers related to a Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) solicitation for Gloves, Exam and Disposable, issued by the State of Illinois. The contract will be open to all government units and qualified not-for-profit agencies within the State of Illinois. The solicitation covers the procurement of gloves, with details provided on the required unit of measure and order minimums. While the previous award was canceled due to unreasonable pricing, the current pricing and award history information is not publicly available and would require a FOIA request. The contract does not have a standard ordering frequency, and the number of delivery locations is open to all eligible entities in Illinois.

Regarding pricing terms, the solicitation includes a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) qualification, but the scope is not limited to Illinois-based businesses. The document does not provide any details on incumbent vendors, current pricing, or funding sources, as this information would also need to be obtained through a FOIA request.
