About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers pertaining to Request for Proposal S-10000-00007013 issued by the State of Oregon, acting through the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Child Welfare Programs, District 8, for Navigator Services for Jackson and Josephine Counties. The RFP seeks proposals for services to assist parents with child welfare involvement in navigating the child welfare system, including both front-end intervention services and reunification services. The document addresses various questions related to references, evidence-based services, program services, referrals, client numbers, meetings, virtual teleconferencing, direct support services, budgets, and start-up costs.

The RFP does not specify a funding amount, and proposers are expected to provide their proposed costs to deliver the required services in the target counties. Start-up costs are allowable for facility, staff, and supply costs directly associated with service delivery. The RFP notes that the Agency does not guarantee a certain number of referrals per month or year, and proposers should define the number of clients they are using in their proposed budget.
