About this file
The document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a state or local government contract opportunity, addressing specific bidder inquiries about the procurement process and scope of work. The Q&A addresses three key questions, including a request for previous bid tabulation (which requires an open records request), confirmation of scope modifications, and clarification on furniture handling during floor cleaning services.
The Q&A reveals that certain sections (III-D: 6f and 6h) have been removed from the original bid scope, and vendors will be responsible for relocating certain furniture items (chairs, mats, waste baskets, rugs) during floor cleaning operations, with specific exclusions for larger furniture pieces like desks, file cabinets, and exam tables. The document provides operational details that will help potential bidders understand the precise expectations and limitations of the cleaning service contract, though specific financial or contract term details are not included in this file.
