Questions and Answers : Test Examiner
1. We can see right away we will need to provide individuals who can attain access to the base. Does this require that our company have a Facility Securities Officer (FSO), or other in-house security requirement? Or can this simply be attained on a case-by-case basis per individual? – If the conractor does not have on-base access via a retired military ID or dependent ID card, a DBIDS card will be issued. Member must not have any negative actions on their record that would prevent on-base access. The DBIDS card requires an annual renewal.
2. The document we received states, “Appropriate related professional work or volunteer experience of at least one year in Air Force Education and Training programs within the least 3 years is desirable. Knowledge of/experience with standardized education and military testing/computer-based testing is required. Knowledge of/experience with Air Force terminology, office procedures, education programs, and familiarity/facility with Microsoft Office is highly desirable.” Are these hard requirements, or would you be willing to accept comparable experience from the private sector, as well familiarity with DoD/Air Force? - Comparable testing experience in the civilian sector may suffice, depending on the length of experience and knowledge of testing protocol.
3. Can you please confirm that relatable professional work experience satisfies the requirement for Air Force Education and Training programs experience? – Relatable professional work experience could satisfy this requirement, depending on the extent of the experience.
4. Can you please confirm we would need a resume at the time of submission for this opportunity? – Yes, a resume is required at the time of submission.
