No Question Answer 1 When is the deadline to submit questions? The current deadline to submit questions is 26 Mar 2021.

2 What has changed between the JCULT PWS and the new CTSC PWS?

The primary change to the CTSC PWS is in document organization and simplification. The intent is that the new PWS would focus more on describing the work in terms of the required results rather than "how" the work is to be accomplished.

PWS para 2.3.2.1, what if no certificates are available for language proficiency, but personnel has an equivalent level?

The PWS will be updated in a way that eliminates specific English competency scores. The intent of this section is to ensure that English speaking government representatives would be able to communicate with contractor personnel.
