About this file

This document contains Questions and Answers related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Oregon for Special Education Individualized Education Program (IEP) Meeting Facilitation, Mediation, and Complaint Resolution Services. The RFP is applicable to Marion County and the cities of Salem. The questions clarify that vendors with existing contracts for these services must respond to the RFP if they wish to continue providing these services, as the State is not renewing any current contracts. Vendors may submit proposals for one or more of the requested services. The document provides details on the question and answer period and the process for submitting questions.

The RFP does not provide information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or contract amounts. It focuses on the scope of services requested and the need for vendors to respond to the RFP, even if they have existing contracts, in order to continue providing these services to the State of Oregon.
