About this file
This is a questionnaire attachment that contains four questions for vendors to answer as part of a solicitation for catered meals services at the Louisiana National Guard Training Center in Pineville, LA.
The questions ask vendors to detail: (1) their expertise in professional food preparation and experience providing similar services, (2) how they will meet food specificity requirements outlined in the PWS, (3) their staffing plans, and (4) their approach to handling a specific scenario involving serving three meals across different facilities with varying travel times - breakfast at the main SOGTC dining facility, lunch 14.6 miles away at Range-8, and dinner at Range-4 which is a 30-minute round trip from the main facility. Answers are limited to one page per question. The responses to these questions will be evaluated as part of the source selection process to determine contractor capability and understanding of requirements.
