About this file
This document is a Question and Answer document related to a state or local government contract opportunity. The contract requires a trailer large enough to hold a pressure sprayer and water tank, with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of at least 7,000 lbs and a dual axle configuration. The trailer must include quick connect nozzles in sizes 0, 15, 25, and 40, as well as an adjustable-pressure insulated dual-lance with a fixed detergent nozzle.
The document addresses concerns about the trailer size and axle configuration, stating that the superintendent is primarily concerned with the 7,000 lb weight rating rather than specific trailer dimensions. There is no mention of a lance, trigger gun, or nozzles in the original specifications, but the Answer provides those requirements.

Question and Answer Document
Questions:
1. Size of trailer: length and width
2. I see no mention of a lance, trigger gun or nozzles?
Also I have concerns about the axle size. Typically when I spec. a 500+ gallon tank we automatically move to 5200lb tandem axles.
With a spec. calling for tandem 3500lbs axles you are literally going to be pushing the upper limit of the trailer each time the water tank is filled.
Answers:
The superintendent wanting the pump is only concerned about the weight rating for at least 7000 lbs. The only size requirement is that the trailer must be large enough to hold the included pump and water tank.
1. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating 7000 lbs. At least dual axle. Large enough for pressure sprayer and water tank.
1. Quick connect nozzles 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40°, and adjustable-pressure insulated dual-lance with fixed detergent nozzle
