QUESTAR Q7700 AUTOMATIC GOLD BALL BONDER PREVENTIVE & EMERGENCY CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE Statement of Work (SOW)
1.0
INTRODUCTION
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, (NSWCDD) H12/H15 has a requirement for preventive maintenance support for its Q7700 Automatic Gold Ball Bonder used in support of NSWCDD H12 Pharos and H15 Orion laboratories.
2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

3.0 REQUIREMENTS
3.1
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND TRAINING
3.1.1 The contractor shall provide one (1) preventive maintenance on-site visit.
3.1.2 The contractor shall coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) at least 10 working days in advance of the on-site visit.
3.1.3 The contractor shall provide services as follows to the Q7700 Automatic Gold Ball Bonder located in either the Building 1400, Room 121 laboratory or nearby location;
3.1.3.1 The contractor shall rework, repair, calibrate, and adjust critical settings as needed per the OEM specifications;
3.1.3.2 The contractor shall ensure the bonder is at optimal machine performance;
3.1.3.3 The contractor shall provide a demonstration of the working system;
3.1.3.4 The contractor shall train up to three (3) personnel on using the system during and after preventative maintenance.
3.2
EMERGENCY CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (OPTIONAL)
The contractor shall provide one (1) emergency corrective maintenance on-site visit, if needed. The contractor shall have a technician available on-call (weekdays) to walk through troubleshooting operations with the TPOC. If the problem cannot be rectified, the Contractor shall contact the TPOC within seven (7) business days to coordinate a schedule to perform an on-site evaluation of the equipment.
4.0
DATA DELIVERABLES
The contractor shall provide a Maintenance and Summary Report (CDRL A001).
5.0
TRAVEL
The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the TPOC. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the FAR 31.205-46, “Travel Costs” and the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The government anticipates one (1) trip made by one (1) person for three (3) days to NSWCDD located in Dahlgren, Virginia for preventive maintenance visits. In addition, the government may need one (1) trip made by one (1) person for (1) day to NSWCDD located in Dahlgren, Virginia for emergency corrective maintenance.
