RFQ: QTCDAB20JL03

Questions and Answers Round 2

1. “Lines shall be extended from the Facility DEMARC, at the locations in attachment 2 and extended to the location identified by the end user.”

Is this like other US Army RFPs whereby the US Army contractor provides wiring FROM the DEMARC to the end points?

The RFP only requires the vendor for wiring TO the DEMARC (66 block)?

Or do we do ALL necessary wiring to endpoints?

If we are to do ALL the wiring can you elaborate somewhat the layout?

Answer: This is not for the Army and this customer will need jacks installed.

Location 1: 150 Hall Rogers Drive, London, KY 40741: Local POCs will need to show the technicians where the phone lines are to be installed in the PBX room and where in the server room the lines need to be installed into the Firebird cabinet. Per the site survey, the Server Room and PBX are in separate rooms approximately 15 feet apart. The site survey did not provide room numbers.

Location 2: 1616 W. Market Street, Suite 300 Johnson City, TN 37604: Site survey did not provide information regarding room locations, local POC will need to show technician where lines need to be run.

2. Can you confirm one of the addresses related to this procurement: 150 Rogers Drive, London, KY 40741?

Answer: This is the address provided by the customer.
