Announcement Type: Open Competition Cooperative Agreement Funding Opportunity Title: Advancing Existing Baltics IT Tools for Customs Funding Opportunity Number: SFOP0009312 NOFO Qs & As

Q1. Can EXBS clarify why the scope applies to all Baltic countries, but then excludes Lithuania as a potential focus country for roll-out? Would EXBS be open to a project focused in Lithuania?

A1. EXBS is only looking for proposals for Latvia and Estonia.

Q2. Can EXBS offer insight into who will fund access to datasets to be used in the IT solution? Much of the data described may require paid subscriptions, which would not be affordable within the budget for this NOFO.

A2. The applicant should have access to an existing dataset, either in house or through a subscription paid for by the applicant.

Q3. Is it strictly required that applicants have past experience working with customs agencies? If we can demonstrate having qualifications and comparable experience, is EXBS open to that?

A3. Yes, it is strictly required that applicants have past experience interfacing with customs agencies.
