About this file
This document outlines a federal contract opportunity for travel services solutions under Solicitation Number QMAD-CY-090001-B issued by the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract has a five-year base period beginning on the date of award, with three five-year option periods. It provides a vehicle for government agencies to obtain quality travel services from qualified contractors under GSA Multiple Award Schedule 599. Services include travel consultation, travel management center operations, lodging management, specialized conference facilities, air charter ownership and brokerage, and new related products. Contractors must submit quarterly reports with order details and expenditures by agency. Ordering on GSA Advantage requires contractors to provide online order status updates via EDI, cXML or the GSA purchase order portal. Proposals to add ICT products or services must identify Section 508 compliance, and essentially the same AbilityOne items cannot be offered.
