About this file
This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that outlines performance standards and acceptable levels of performance for a federal contract. The QASP defines four key performance objectives: Technical/Quality of Product or Service, Project Milestones and Schedule, Cost & Staffing, and Management. For each objective, specific performance standards are established, with an acceptable level of performance set at "Satisfactory or higher".
The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will use this QASP throughout the contract's lifecycle to ensure the contractor meets required service levels. The plan provides a framework for monitoring and evaluating performance across critical areas, including understanding requirements, meeting technical and mission needs, adhering to project schedules, maintaining appropriate staffing expertise, and effectively integrating and coordinating contract activities. The government reserves the right to modify surveillance methods at its discretion.
