Text5: 1. The service needed is for a toll-free telephone-based Nurse Triage System as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
2. The hours needed are specified in paragraph 2 of the Performance Work Statement. Availability of 24 hours out of the day for seven days each week including all Federal holidays with an anticipated 100 calls per month.
3. Page two of the Performance Work Statement contains a section titled "The Contractor Shall". The government is not going to define whether full time or part time employment is required to meet the needs laid out in the Performance Work Statement. The government's only concern is receiving the service as described in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is free to provide their recommended solutions to the government in their technical offer.
