About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) document for Bid #24-30 for a Lighting Replacement project at the Cape May Convention Hall, issued by the City of Cape May in New Jersey. The Q&A addresses key project details including material delivery logistics, work hours, and project timeline. Contractors were informed that material delivery will utilize a load-in parking spot at the Stockton Pl. traffic light, with vendors required to use a ramp for building access. Work hours are limited to 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, with weekdays preferred due to current roller skating season constraints. The project timeline is noted as needing completion "ASAP" and before the start of spring.
The document also indicates the potential for a two-year service agreement, which can be established "under law". No specific pricing details, funding sources, or precise budget allocations are provided in this Q&A document. The brevity and somewhat informal nature of the answers suggest this is an early-stage procurement document designed to provide potential bidders with basic operational context for the lighting replacement project at the Cape May Convention Hall.
