About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 25-011 involving Blodgett Convention Ovens for Cherry Creek School District #5 in Colorado. The solicitation concerns the purchase of four convection ovens, with the potential for additional units, which will include delivery, uncrating, installation of new ovens, and removal and disposal of existing equipment. The Q&A document addresses a specific vendor inquiry regarding delivery and installation logistics, noting that only one location at 14270 E. Briarwood Ave. in Centennial, CO has a loading dock, while other locations will require a liftgate for delivery.

The vendor is instructed to provide a specification sheet to confirm the ovens can fit through doorways at the various school sites. The Q&A was issued on 12/03/2024 and provides critical information for potential bidders about the physical constraints and delivery requirements of the project. No specific pricing details or funding sources are discussed in this document, which appears to be part of the pre-bid clarification process to ensure vendors fully understand the project's delivery and installation expectations.
