About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation 24ITBC1288213B-PS, issued by Fulton County Government for Library Non-Book Materials procurement. The solicitation seeks a vendor to supply shelf-ready non-book materials for adults, teens, and children, with specific details clarified through seven questions addressing scope of work, pricing, formats, and invoicing requirements. The Q&A document covers key clarifications such as preferred response format (PDF), unit pricing expectations (discounted prices), DVD format inclusivity (including Blu-Ray), and invoicing methods.
The pricing structure requires vendors to provide unit prices with discounted rates and include their discount percentage on the pricing form. Vendors will need flexibility in invoicing, as the library will offer multiple submission methods including mail, email to specific addresses, electronic data interchange (EDI) through Symphony, and weekly excel spreadsheet submissions. The library will not require vendors to provide security cases for DVDs, as they maintain their own supply. The document indicates the procurement is for ongoing library materials acquisition, with the county seeking competitive pricing and clear vendor compliance with technical specifications.
