The solicitation includes four separate projects: Project 1 (Universal Crossovers), Project 2 (Rail Renewal), Project 3 (Surfacing), and Project 4 (MOW Siding). The solicitation requires technical and price proposals, which are due by October 2, 2024, at 10:00am. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting was held on September 4, 2024. Answer: Crossovers panelized except the crossover “common ties”, 15 - 23 ft long ties.
