About this file
This document contains the Questions and Answers for the Community College Grant Funding Opportunity to Support Behavioral Health Needs of the Campus Population (BPM043391/BHA24-007) announced by the Maryland Department of Health-Behavioral Health Administration (MDH-BHA). The grant provides one-time funding of up to $100,000-$150,000 per community college, with a total budget of $3.2 million for multiple awards. The scope of work is separate from the project narrative, and the work plan should outline how the applicant plans to achieve the goals with timelines and deliverables. The transmittal letter and cover letter are the same document.
The grant funding is for a 12-month duration from May 10, 2024 to April 30, 2025. There are no mandatory documents beyond the application materials, and the submission does not require an Attachment C, as this was noted in error. The grant is a one-time funding opportunity, and MDH-BHA intends to make multiple awards as a result of this Request for Applications (RFA).
