About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers document related to a Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services for Bulk Gases and Bulk Tank Rental, solicitation B-12898. The contract will provide high quality, consumable laboratory and medical gases delivered in bulk, as well as bulk tank rental. The State reserves the right to award by region or in full, and the solicitation will not negate two existing gas services contracts held by IEPA and JPMC. The contract term is not specified.

Pricing and other key details are not provided in the Q&A document. However, it notes this is a JPMC contract, which indicates multiple state agencies may utilize the contract. The Q&A also references the current contract environment, with two existing gas services contracts in place that will remain active and not be negated by this new solicitation.
