Questions and Answers #1

Date: 9/11/2023

Q1 Regarding the parts catalog for the multi systems, do you want them in Excel?

A1 Bidder is to submit a separate price list just for the multi system attachments and should be in

Excel or CSV format.

Q2 Line 18, what types of parts are you looking for as this is a wide array of items?

A2 Line 18 is for parts that would fix repairs. These might be, but not limited to, a plunger button, fuel line, pull string starter coil, and carburetor. But only those parts that you have bid. For example, if a bidder doesn’t bid on chainsaws, we do not need a list of chainsaw parts or accessories.

Q3 As for accessories, all are listed with the unit they go with including pricing, do I need to relist all together?

A3 Provide a Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) list for all attachments that would be applicable to the products you are bidding. This list should be in Excel or CSV format. This list is in addition to the separate MSRP list that is required for the multi systems attachments, Line 6.
