Building Capacity to Counter Violent Extremism in Mozambique: Q and A

Question 1. What are the existing U.S. government and other donor-funded programs currently operating in Northern Mozambique (generally)? Specifically, what are the existing U.S. government and other donor-funded programs/projects currently operating in Cabo Delgado?

Response: This is not information that we can share. We expect organizations to do their own mapping of donor-funded programs/projects currently operating in Cabo Delgado.

Question 2. Please can you confirm in writing the due date for the bid. The NOFO and SAMS DOMESTIC still say 23 August but online/ GRANTS.GOV it says 21st August?

Response: The re-posted NOFO states that the submission deadline is August 21st. Applicants are required to apply through grants.gov and not through SAMS.

Question 3. Under the Proposal Narrative section, point 7 “Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan,” it states that there will be a template provided for the Logical Framework. Can DOS kindly share this template?

Response: The template is now posted on grants.gov.
