About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the State of Florida for Continuing Contracts for Architect-Engineering Environmental Services in the Northwest Florida Region. The RFQ covers a two-year contract term with a two-year renewal option. The addendum provides responses to submitted questions, including clarification that there is no anticipated dollar value for the projects until they are developed, projects are limited by Florida Statute 255.32, and firms engaged under the Continuing Contract will not be asked to bid against other contracted firms. The addendum also confirms that permitting is through the Agency Having Jurisdiction and that the baseline is environmental work, though firms with additional architectural and engineering capabilities are encouraged to provide that information.
The contract will cover environmental work in the Northwest Florida Region, specifically in Leon County and Tampa City. There is no set-aside or incumbent information provided. The funding sources and requirements are not detailed in this document.
