20422 Exhibit B-2 Pyramide Productions Non-Cost Cat 6: Explanations

Sub-Category: Documentary

4.3: Description of Process:

Example 1: No Ka ‘Oi

As this was a lower-budget project, we deployed a smaller team and equipment footprint. We had a team of five on-location for a one-day shoot. Team consisted of one producer/director, one DP who filmed the entirety of the footage with a one-camera setup, one art director who was responsible for set design and product placement for specific shots, one gaffer/sound operator who assisted with lighting and sound, and one PA who helped with setup/take-down and assistance where needed. Each of the team are employed by Pyramide.

At the start of the project, the producer, DP and art director had initial conversations with the client about goals of the video, target audience, and messages he wanted to convey. After researching the client and his products and understanding the desired outcomes, we developed a creative brief for the project. The brief outlined, in writing, the high-level details of the project (when, where, why, what, how) and included a high-level outline of the story we planned to capture.

After a scout day to get a tour of the location we would be filming, we arrived on the shoot day with a clear schedule and shot list. We first set up the interview of our client and stepped through a series of pre-defined questions to elicit the responses based on our story outline. Once we captured the spoken content we needed, we pivoted to supporting broll. We spent the second half of the day setting up product beauty shots, setting the scene with location and surrounding footage, and capturing our client designing and building his products. We aligned the broll footage capture to the shotlist we had pre-defined, as well as additional shots that became clear as we got to know our client’s story more in-depth during the interview process.

Once filming was wrapped, we ingested all of the footage at our offices. From there, we built out a “paper edit” for our client’s review. The paper edit is developed from a transcript of the interview where the producer identifies key sound bites aligned to the story outline. From the paper edit, we build a content string out and then develop a v1 edit where we add in relevant broll. The client provides feedback on the v1 and we move to a v2 where we incorporate client feedback and add graphics. We typically go through 2-3 rounds of revisions before delivering final files.

Example 2: Watts Customer Story

This was scoped as a 2-day shoot on-location in Denmark where the customer is based. We filmed one day in the corporate offices of the customer. The second day of shooting was at a rented location, simulating a single-family home, where we staged supporting broll with actors. Team consisted of one producer/director, one DP, one second-camera operator, one gaffer, one sound operator, one hair and makeup person, and one PA. In this case since we needed to keep the costs lower, we sent the producer/director from Pyramide and they identified supporting crew local to Copenhagen.

At the start of the project, the producer/director had initial conversations with the client (Microsoft) and customer (Watts) about mutual goals of the video, target audience, and specific messages that each party wanted to convey. After researching the customer and conducting a lengthy interview over Teams, we developed a creative brief for the project. The brief outlined, in writing, the high-level details of the project (when, where, why, what, how) and included a high-level outline of the story we planned to capture.

After a scout day to get a tour of the locations we would be filming, we arrived on the first shoot day prepared to conduct four on-camera interviews at the Watts headquarters. We styled a unique background for each interview and conducted each interview as a Q&A format with the producer and interviewee. We utilized a series of pre-defined questions to elicit the responses based on our story outline. Once we captured the spoken content we needed, we pivoted to some supporting broll of the offices for the remainder of the day.

On day two, we traveled to the rented location with some actors and our client to act as a subject matter expert. We directed the actors on the scenarios we had pre-defined, and captured beauty shots of the products, interiors and exteriors.

Example 3: Cowboy (Short Documentary)

A long-standing creative partnership was at the core of getting this project done. Our in-house Director/Producer, and a primary roster cinematographer at Pyramide had the opportunity to gain access to the rodeo world by way of a stock contractor. They developed a treatment of some thematic elements that they wanted to chase, while exploring the world of semi-professional bull riding. Over the course of a year, the Director/Producer and Cinematographer made four trips to cover the journey of a stock contractor and bull rider duo.

The production was rugged and compact- adjusted to the conditions of the…
