About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a contract for voicemail services at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB). The objective is to engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) a turn-key voicemail system solution that replaces the existing system, specifically implementing an Avaya IX Messaging System. The contractor must configure the system to fully integrate with the existing Avaya Telephony system, including all licensing requirements, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense Unified Communications Requirements and Risk Management Framework.

Key requirements include installing the new system in Building 988, transitioning all users, lines, ancillary systems, and services using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and providing comprehensive support including post-user migration assistance, maintenance, and a one-year professional services warranty. The project involves strict security protocols, with all contracted personnel requiring a valid Secret Security Clearance. The contractor must also provide training for 6 students, handle equipment removal of the existing Callware Voicemail System, and ensure all installed equipment meets trade agreement and cybersecurity standards. The project is scheduled for completion within 30 days of contract award, with the Air Mobility Command overseeing the implementation.
