The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, installation, integration, testing, training, and maintenance support to ensure full operational capability of the new system. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of hardware, software, technical documentation, and on-site support as required. The new equipment will address existing performance gaps, mitigate risks of system failures, and support the 18 SFS’s operational readiness by ensuring reliable and efficient functionality. By leveraging advanced technology, this acquisition aligns with the organization's objective to maintain robust, uninterrupted services critical to mission success. All work performed by the contractor shall adhere to applicable federal regulations, including FAR Part 46.105 (Contractor Responsibilities for Quality Assurance), to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant systems.
3.0 REQUIREMENTS
All personnel assigned to this task must hold valid Vindicator certifications, demonstrating their ability to install, program, and integrate system components in compliance with manufacturer specifications and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. The contractor must provide evidence of personnel certifications upon award and maintain records of continued compliance and training updates throughout the performance period. Failure to meet these staffing requirements will be considered a breach of contract under FAR 52.212-4(c), and the Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for default if not corrected to compliance.
Task 1: Data Migration to New Server The contractor shall ensure the successful migration of all current organizational data from the existing server(s) to the newly designated server, following industry best practices to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the data during the transition. The contractor is responsible for the following:
1. Assessment and Planning
