The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price with all proposed rates fully burdened. Required deliverables include contractor manager contact information within 72 hours of award, 24-hour emergency maintenance contact information within 72 hours, quality control plans within 15 business days for orders exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or with 12-month performance periods, and pre- and post-inspection vehicle condition reports.
