About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for SAP destruction services for the United States Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). The contract, valued not-to-exceed $749,000.00, covers destruction and melting services for unclassified, sensitive, and classified materials, including SAP IT components, over a 60-month period. Pricing is based on a per-pound rate, with three primary service categories: recycling and destruction of high-temperature materials, classified IT material, and SAP IT material.
Key requirements include performing services within a 400-mile radius of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, completing material destruction on the same calendar day as transport, and maintaining compliance with NSA/CSS and NIST 800-88 standards. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Destruction within one week of completion and ensure all material movements are overseen by government couriers or witnesses. Only authorized personnel are permitted to place calls using the Government Purchase Card up to $25,000.00, and all destruction must adhere to specific Department of Defense and Air Force security protocols for special access program materials.
