The session focuses on engagement of industry to meet N80 mission critical needs that strengthen the OPNAV N80 community and facilitate planning for the execution of the Chief of Naval Operations' (CNO) directives. The industry engagement session directly supports the overarching priorities of the Secretary of the Navy and the CNO through the implementation of the Department of the Navy's Strategic Plan for 2026

2.0 Organizational Context

Within the Office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Integration of Capabilities and Resources (OPNAV N8), the Navy Programming Division (OPNAV N80) directs the Programming Phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
